Mike was phenomenal. He gently guided me along the selling process, making sure I didn't derail too often... Mike's star really shined after I moved, especially as I left on the day of a major snow storm. I had (unfortunately) left a mountain of trash by the curb. Which was quickly buried under a foot plus of snow. As with each of the following storms, Mike drove over and shoveled my sidewalk and driveway. He had placed the mounds of trash back in the garage, and over multiple weeks, put the trash out for collection. Since I was out of state, he represented me at the closing - even hand delivering the check to my bank. Even after the house closed, he kept in contact. Going so far as arranging with the new owners my removing a few plants to continue a tradition. So appreciated. Mike's calm demeanor, great insights, selling my house in 4 days, and going the extra mile multiple times, makes it easy to commend, and recommend, him as a quality realtor.

I wanted a quick turnaround on my home and Mike made it happen. He always kept me informed and got back to me in a timely manner. He was great and I would rec6him to anyone.

Michael Lombardo was and is an amazing relator and anyone would be very fortunate for him as a listing agent. He was professional and also so much fun in selling my home on Chelsea Drive. Mike kept me informed step by step how it would work from start to finish and sold. He checked regularly on how the home renovations were going leading to the sale. He had an unbelievable and Great open house and with videos drew 50 people in with his interesting video. Food and drinks and some prizes at the open house and from that open house there came 3 offers. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better ! He was great!! Thank you Mike!!

As a first time home buyer, the process of purchasing a house is extremely difficult and exhausting, but Michael Lombardo made our journey so much easier and enjoyable. He always answered all of our questions and we kept an open communication throughout the whole process... He's personable and friendly. Michael did an amazing job and we highly recommend him to anyone that would like to buy or sell a home... Mike will take good care of you!!!

Michael Lombardo Was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was very out going. And helped walk me through any questions I had or needed answered. He made the process very understanding. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Mike. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place.
